Welcome to Standard American Web, LLC ("SAW," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all SAW websites, applications, software, digital services, and other online and offline services where these Terms are posted (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you agree to these legally binding Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Services You agree to use our Services solely for lawful purposes. Any unauthorized use or attempted use that may harm us or interfere with the functionality of the Services is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

4. Subscription & Payments Subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed according to the plan or service you select. All digital services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Failure to cancel a subscription prior to its renewal date may result in an automatic charge for the subsequent billing cycle. You must complete our cancellation form before any subscription is considered inactive.

5. One-Time Revisions Policy Clients are entitled to one round of revisions per webpage within a 30-day window from the original delivery. Revisions must be submitted within that period. Additional revisions are billable at $49/hour.

6. User Conduct You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws

Interfere with the operation of the Services

Misuse or reverse engineer the software or intellectual property

7. Intellectual Property All SAW content, software, graphics, and branding are our property or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without express permission.

8. Third-Party Services We may provide access to third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or actions.

9. Limitation of Liability Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAW shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our Services.

10. Dispute Resolution All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Mississippi, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in class actions.

11. Termination We may terminate or suspend access to our Services at our discretion, with or without notice.

12. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
